Alexander Seleznev's Recipes Chocolate candy "Domino"

Ingredients:

 

125 g cream
50 g chocolate
100 g brown sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder



Recipe:


Heat the cream in a saucepan. Chocolate mangled, mixed
with sugar, cocoa, and put in the cream. Boil all together
4-5 minutes. Massu constantly stirring so that it
not burnt.
Form lay a film. Candy mass slightly
cool and place in a form. Cool in the refrigerator.
Remove from the mold, remove the foil and cut into thin
stripes. One side of the strip dipped in melted
dark chocolate, the other - in white. On each side of
cause chocolate point of the opposite color.
