Alexander Seleznev's Recipes Paskha Easter cake

Ingredients:

 

1 kg of cheese
200 g colorful candied
50 g ground almonds
20 g vanilla sugar
200 g butter
200 g cream fat content of 35%
3 egg yolks
200 g sugar

 

Recipe:


Curd put in a sieve, cover with cheesecloth, put the top
press to remove excess moisture. Then rub it through
sieve. In the curd, add candied fruit and roasted almonds, all
mix.
Beat butter in a fluffy foam and add
cottage cheese mass.
Whip the egg yolk and sugar, add the warm cream,
beat until cool. Mix the cream-cheese
mass.
Pour into a form for Easter, from top to put the press
and refrigerate for 12 hours.
