Alexander Seleznev's Recipes Boiled potatoes with herring and sour cream sauce

Ingredients:

 

400 g potatoes
200 g salted herring
salt, dill to taste
For the sauce:
10 tbsp cream
10 tbsp mayonnaise
zest of 1 lemon
1 pickle
2 tbsp any fresh herbs
salt and pepper to taste

 

Recipe:


Of special hollow-potato spoon to remove the
small balls, boil them in salted boiling water
until done. Peeled herring fillets cut into pieces.
Put potatoes on a tray with slices of herring.
Serve sauce.
Sauce: Cut cucumber into small cubes, add the greens,
sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon zest, salt, pepper and all
stir until smooth.
