Of special hollow-potato spoon to remove the small balls, boil them in salted boiling water until done. Peeled herring fillets cut into pieces. Put potatoes on a tray with slices of herring. Serve sauce. Sauce: Cut cucumber into small cubes, add the greens, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon zest, salt, pepper and all stir until smooth.
