Alexander Seleznev's Recipes Uha (Fish soup with vegetables)

Ingredients:


200 g of fresh fish
1 liter of water
1 carrot
1 mini-courgettes (zucchini)
1 Bulgarian pepper
salt and pepper to taste

 

Recipe:


The fish is put in a saucepan and add water, add salt,
pepper and cook for 30 minutes.
Cut carrots, zucchini and Bulgarian pepper slices.
10 minutes before the end of cooking fish, add vegetables
and lightly boil them.
Carefully extract the skimmer from the broth vegetables and fish.
Strain broth. The fish is cool and cut into small
pieces.
In the dish lay out pieces of fish, vegetables and pour
broth.
