Alexander Seleznev's Recipes Shashlyk (Roasted lamb ribs)

Ingredients:


1 kg mutton brisket
3 onions
1 tomato
salt and pepper to taste

 

Recipe:


Brisket is cut into portions so that at each
piece of meat left rib. Onion and tomato cut into rings.
Salt and pepper.
Vegetables mixed with meat. Marinate 30 minutes.
Then fry in the lattice until cooked.
