3 stalks leeks 2 tbsp. l. olive oil 1 tbsp. l. butter 1 clove garlic 250 g mushrooms 1 liter beef broth 1 tsp. thyme 100 g cream fat content of 33% salt and pepper to taste

Recipe:
Garlic crushed. Leeks chop rings. Heat the butter in a saucepan and vegetable oil, add chopped garlic, and rings of leeks. Passerovat until transparent. Slice the mushrooms and fry them on low heat. Pour the broth, add the thyme, salt and pepper. Cook for 30 minutes. Pour into a blender and grind. In the puree, add cream and heat.
